Review: ‘SmartwatchVR’ is a rather useful app that essentially gives you a virtual Smart Wrist-Watch (hence the title of the app). While I do get the point of being able to see various notifications in VR I have to say it also takes you away from VR which is the whole reason I got into VR in the first place! That level of emersion and virtual environment comes crashing down when you get a new text or battery notification. Yes, this app does work as you need it to but I have to question why you might want this in the first place. If you have a use for it maybe give it a go as it worked just fine for me, but sadly I also realised how much I hated it working just as quickly.
