Review: I have to be honest, I am not quite sure what the developers were going for with ‘SoundSelf: A Technodelic’ but to me, it seems a bit of a fail. This psychedelic-like experience is often powered by your own sounds. From what I can make of it, this app is a form of meditation and is designed to help relax you and take you away from the stresses of life, but I personally didn’t find it relaxing at all, all I really discovered was that I was ripped off to the sum of £24.95! It seems a lot of other reviews for this are positive so I am willing to believe that it simply went over my head. But to be is just looks like a kaleidoscope visualisation with some narration that is just as batty as the visuals. Each to their own I guess, but I simply can’t recommend it.
