Review: ‘SpellPunk VR’ is a spell casting arena battle game in which those with a quick wand drawing hand will win the day. With its lovely cel-shaded graphics and multiple spells, this is a game amateur wizards have been waiting for. But sadly it is not all magical and happiness with one of the main problems being the spell casting. There are times when no matter what you try you simply can’t cast, the results are inconsistent at best or even broken at worse. Sadly the online multiplayer side of things is dead as well making the usual £8.29 asking price seem a bit steep, but I got this in a sale for just £4.97 and I have to say I was pretty happy with my purchase, but getting a friend to buy it as well is highly suggested as the single-player content is a little thin.
