Review: I have to admit, I did have rather high hopes for ‘Submarine VR’. I’ve always wanted to go down to the seafloor in a submarine, so this was something I was looking forward to. Sadly it really doesn’t deliver much at all. There are no areas as such as all you have is endless water that you can dip into anytime and you always get to see the same things, no matter where you are. Then there is the submarine itself which isn’t really interactive at all. Sure, you can go forward or stop, dive and rise, but that is about it, you simply don’t get that sense of adventure and freedom you get with apps like Ocean Rift. With time this could well be worth a download, but for now, it is not something I am happy to recommend.
