Review: Having played The Brookhaven Experiment on just about every VR platform there is I am happy to report the Oculus Go version isn’t bad at all, in fact it’s pretty amazing given that this game is so old and its running on an Oculus Go. While it is still the same super scary zombie survival game I know and love I guess I have been spoiled a little bit thanks to the Rift and Vive version on Steam VR. While graphically there is very little in it, it is the reaction tracking that really makes this version less superior to the Steam VR one, but only because you don’t have those dual 6 degrees of freedom controllers. But having said that, this game is still one of the very best Oculus Go games I have played so far. There is plenty of scary/tense atmosphere to be found it is the perfect title to show off to anyone who is interested in getting a VR headset of any kind. And best of all is the low price that if you ask me is worth every penny and then some. With Haloween coming up there is no better time to get this game and show people just how good a VR game can be.
