Description: The Steadfast VR Challenge is a hybrid of First Person Shooter and Tower Defense that forces you to incorporate strategy with marksmanship in a virtual world! It’s delivered in an infinite wave based format where you’ll find yourself frequently combining fast, deliberate decisions with quick reflexes to pull off the unthinkable. All while utilizing the time between waves to carefully place your chess-like pieces, arm your traps and catch your breath before the next onslaught begins. Your objective is to complete as many rounds as possible before your virtual world literally explodes in your face.
Review: The Steadfast VR Challenge is a tower defence game mixed with a load of action to make it a little more exciting than many others in the same genre. You start off with buying a fox hole in which you will start with a flame thrower, then with each new fox hole you buy you get another weapon to use against the waves of bad guys. So from handguns to machine guns all the way up to rocket launchers. I have to say the game does have a lot of strategies involved, but I found it doesn’t really get hard until well into the game. It looks good, feels fun to play and at £3.99 it is well worth the asking price. If you love your tower defence games, you should enjoy this quite easily.
