Description: This is The Labyrinth, a maximum-security prison built in an unknown location. Her cells are host to lost souls who have been incarcerated here for centuries, unable to escape even in death. The only respite they have is Liberation Day, an ironic celebration for every 100 years. The Warden will release the gates to The Labyrinth and the convicts may attempt to escape. Only one will be allowed to taste freedom. You are convict 6W02 and today is Liberation Day.

Review: OK, so it is little more than yet another wave shooter, but Through The Dark: Prologue is a lot more polished than many of them are. With a small, but good selection of guns and plenty of scenery to hide behind. This game keeps the action coming and is a blast from start to finish. If only that action didn’t last for little more than 20 minutes! It might be a good looking shooter, but there is no way I would recommend it at the £6.99 asking price. Grab it for a couple of quid and you might enjoy it, but given this game’s age, I wouldn’t hold your breath waiting for more content.
