Review: Looking at this game alone Time Machine VR: Monsters of the Sea is a very simple shooter with some OK 180° graphics. This games biggest issue is that it isn’t the game people wanted and it isn’t the game people expected. Compared to the original Time Machine VR this version is a pile of rubbish and lacks any of the things that made that original VR game so amazing. That sense of immersion, mystery and passion for exploring is all gone and what remains doesn’t even have the educational content the original did. Such a shame as I do feel this is a wasted opportunity, but don’t let this version put you off buying the full version as the original Time Machine VR is something well worth playing.
