Description: TowerHex is a virtual reality escape game where you and your team set out on a quest to find a missing alchemist. He disappeared while investigating an ancient ritual on crystal energy. Following his footsteps, you will have to climb old castle ruins inside a lava mountain. To get ahead you will have to solve various puzzles and learn to use crystal energy for teleportation. There are also dragons.
Review: ‘TowerHex’ is a single-player and online multiplayer game in which you will be battling monsters and all sorts of other adventure things on your own or maybe with a friend. While it is mostly an action-based game with traditional monster fighting with bow and arrow and a few bits of magic thrown in for good measure. It looks good to be fair to it, but I have to admit that it wasn’t much fun on my own. I can see the appeal of playing this with a friend, but single players will struggle to get their money’s worth here. It could do with a lot more content to be worth its current asking price, but you can always wait for a sale before giving it a go.
