Review: It doesn’t matter how much you love curling you might struggle to get on with ‘VR Curling’. It does do a few things right I suppose and does try to deliver a good amount of content with lots of unlockables. But the things it does wrong make it pretty much unplayable. The first main thing in the sweeping because of how nauseating it is. While I get it is part of the game it didn’t have to be as bad as it is. Then there is the lack of online players meaning you are left playing against the AI with only 1 lane, one environment.
But yet, this game still manages to be fun somehow. I don’t think it is £3.99’s worth of fun, but I got this in a sale for £2.39 and I had enough playtime to make it worth my while. Curing isn’t for everyone, but I personally don’t mind it. If you already hate the sport, this game is not going to change your mind.
