Description: VR Dodgeball Trainer was designed from the ground up by professional dodgeball players to give you the dodging prowess to survive out on the court. Watch out as these red menaces soar over your dome, leaving you constantly on your toes. Can you take on waves of enemies as the pressure rises?

Review: ‘VR Dodgeball Trainer’ is pretty much what its name suggests, only it is more of a series of mini-games rather than the full game of it. From the off, you get three game modes which are training, arcade and classic, plus you get two environments to play in. Done in a low-poly graphical style you basically dodge the balls being thrown toward you. There are a few settings of how many players are throwing the balls and how fast they throw, but that is pretty much all there is to the game other than arcade mode featuring guns and swords to help block the balls.

For me, it was all too basic for its own good. Sure, you could have a little laugh especially if you take turns with friends and family (no multiplayer options) but it is all very much of nothingness. There is at least a high score to challenge yourself with, but give it 5 minutes you would see all there is to this game and that makes the £5.79 asking price a little too much to swallow. It could be fun if you grabbed it for pennies, but at full price you might find yourself struggling.
