Description: Jogging is a softer alternative to running and is one of the oldest and most popular forms of aerobic exercise. It can help you burn calories and strengthen muscles as well as improve cardiovascular fitness. Jogging is also a great way to help lower your blood pressure and relieve stress. It helps put you in a more peaceful state of mind and helps promote an upbeat attitude. The WHO recommends that adults aged 18 to 64 years should get in at least 150 minutes of exercise a week. That can be hard to accomplish with today’s busy lifestyles!
Review: VR Jogger is another fitness style app that sees you jogging on the spot while you run about a single large map. I have to say it does look good for a freebie and there is 3 levels of workout to do which are Short (3 minutes), Medium (6 minutes), and Long (13 minutes). If you use it correctly and just do a soft jog on the spot it works pretty well and should give most people a nice workout, but if you try and spam it it simply doesn’t work. If you want to get fit and have something nice to look at while you are jogging along this is well worth a look.
