VR Sports Challenge Mobile (Gear VR)
Intro: Choose between three skill games; Targetpalooza, Catchathon or the Three Point Contest. Compete by yourself or against your friends with pass and play. The Gear VR Controller puts the ball in your hands.
Verdict: Playing VR Sports Challenge Mobile is more fun than I thought it might be and even just using the Gear VR motion controller it feels pretty responsive. OK, so not as good as the full PC VR version of the game, but still pretty good! Sure, most the time its just a matter of looking straight forward, but the odd head movement and a good throwing arm are essential in doing well at this game. It also has to be said that the graphics are not that bad at all and they really help to make this game surprisingly immersive. Sure, there isn’t a whole lot of content to be had here for a single player, but by throwing a VR party and getting some friends around for some score challenge multiplayer action you will soon find this games true worth. A great game indeed, but maybe lacking in single player content.
