Review: Have you ever wanted to be a weather presenter? Now you can with the Weather Viewer for the Gear VR. This is a virtual reality weather app that puts you into the weather that it currently is at your location (using your phones tracker). So if it’s raining it will be raining in VR! You can also forward and back time to see what the weather will or was like.

OK, so it won’t turn you into a weather presenting celebrity, but it is nice to stay in the app and cycle through all the different weather types. Turn the rain onto heavy and stand in a thunderstorm, it all looks and feels amazing. Sure there isn’t much point to it other than experiencing different weather types. But maybe in the future in the future it will be how everyone views the weather report!
