Review: I have to say I jumped onto ‘Z-Race’ because I thought it was a new version of ‘Radial-G : Racing Revolved’. Let me tell you, it most certainly isn’t. Sure, its a futuristic racing game in which you control a rather stylish racing ship, but it is attached to your hand! Yes, it’s like a toy that you play with rather than a ship you can fly and enter. Don’t get me wrong, the “toy ships” are highly detailed and I will even go as far as to say they look great, but it feels so fake and false to play that it takes the excitement away. If you could go into the ships it would have been a much better game.

But I do feel I am being a little harsh here. The 12 tracks look good as does the ships, while there aren’t a lot of tracks what there is should give you enough pleasure to make this still worth a download. I really did find myself slipping into this game after a while. Sure, it’s not the game you will be expecting it to be, but stick with it and you will soon find it’s not as bad as you think. I do recommend it, but I get a LOT of people are going to be disappointed with the lack of cockpit view and multiplayer modes.
