Review: Absolut deadmau5 is basically one long interactive advert for Absolut Vodka. The story line is pretty simple. Get deadmau5 to the club so he can perform his gig. There will be traffic to content with, fans, security guards and even some drink trolleys heading you way for no real reason. While simple in both idea and gameplay it does offer some nice 360° video of deadmau5 in action and some fun mini interactive moments.
Most people will moan about how short the interactive scenes like the driving and trolly jumping are, but at the end of the day this is a free interactive advert and was never meant to be full game. I have to applaud both deadmau5 & the Absolut Vodka marketing team for giving this a go. Is this the future of adverts? It would be nice if it was.
