Baseball (Google Daydream)
Intro: Now put on your baseball cap and get ready for this challenging baseball games:You attempt to score runs by hitting a ball that is thrown by the pitcher with a bat swung by the batter, then running counter-clockwise around a series of four bases: first, second, third, and home plate. A run is scored when a player advances around the bases and returns to home plate.
Verdict: While this game is called “Baseball” in the PlayStore it is a cut-down version of ‘I Love Baseball‘ as we have seen before on the Oculus Rift. While the quiz part of “Baseball” is pretty much useless the main game is at least playable. With only a few teams to play against and you don’t get to pick which team you are it’s very limited that is for sure, but yet it is still strangely playable and also enjoyable at the same time.Sure, there are far better Baseball games on the Google Daydream platform, but if you need a little more maybe consider giving this a go. It’s just a little bit of Baseball fun for those who enjoy the sport, but it’s not worth even half its asking price.
