Finding VR

Description: FindingVR is a first-person action/adventure game designed exclusively for VR. Solve puzzles using your intelligence and dexterity, embark on adventures as you explore the virtual world and revel in the sense of achievement as you complete missions, and feel the rush of intense boss battles!

Review: Those of use expecting to play a find ‘n’ seek style game in virtual reality might, at first, be a little disappointed, but you soon realise that this is an epic adventure where puzzles, traps and even a little luck are the order of the day. Right from the off you know this is going to be a great game from the giant stone man telling you his hand is trapped (although be doesn’t explain how that happened). Then you go inside, into the first few rooms inside the dungeons you will soon pick up what to do and start going through it at a fine pace.

Everything looks great and feels great, but more importantly, it feels like it was made to be played in VR which a lot of games miss out on. From the size of everything to the aiming and constant holes in the floor showing you the drop below. This is a great game and while free for everyone it doesn’t feel cheap in any way. The Gear VR needs its own mascot and this might well be the character game to do it with.
