It’s a Trap is a casual action-adventure game in first person, exclusively for Virtual Reality. Each idol is protected by insane traps and requires creative insight, right timing, and unique abilities to be achieved. Hold your torch to light the dark cave. Catch the idol before the traps catch you up. Use your sixth sense to realize a danger. Run, dodge and overcome your limits inside of immersive and realistic catacombs.
Review: ‘It’s a Trap’ is an action-adventure in which you will be using your room space to avoid more traps than a trilogy of Indiana Jones movies. But that “room space” needs to be a LOT, in fact, if you don’t have 3m+ play space, you really can’t play this game. Sadly things don’t get much better because once you are into the game you will be soon wondering where all that £15.49 went to because it really is very basic. I suppose it could be a laugh for the first few traps if you have a squealing friend to run them while you watch, but once the first few are over you will soon realise it is just the same thing over and over. While most people will be put off by the large play-space requirement I hope I can put the rest off by telling you to stay well clear of this unless it suddenly gets a MASSIVE price drop (all the way down to “Free”).
