Description: Work out at home with a premium fitness app. LES MILLS, the world’s leading fitness company, brings the BODYCOMBAT experience to your VR headset with an extensive workout portfolio, top-quality coaching, innovative mechanics, and different intensities.

Review: For those who don’t know Les Mills is an international fitness company and the creator of programs such as BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK and BODYCOMBAT. Millions of people take Les Mills classes each week, with 90,000 instructors teaching Les Mills classes in over 14,000 clubs around the world. It’s not one person called Les. Anyway, getting back to app, it is a boxing style fitness app that sees you performing various workouts with a Les Mills trainer. The trainer’s voice is nice and clear and I dare say the graphics are also pretty good if a little sparse most of the time.

This really is a great workout app with a polished, high-quality presentation and plenty of content to keep you going. The knee exercises are something I have not seen before in VR and really pushed me to my limits. If I had to pick holes the hit blocks sometimes miss their mark and the training opener isn’t replayable, but that really would be nit-picking. As long as you get into this app and use it more than a few times you should get your money’s worth here. This is one of those apps that doesn’t really have anything to moan at but doesn’t blow you away either.
