A selection of free-to-play race cars and tracks are yours to drive with unlimited wheel time in multiplayer and single-player games modes. Sponsored competitions and other free-to-play events allow you to enjoy premium game content at no cost. Additional cars, tracks, and liveries can be bought individually or as packs inside the game store using an in-game currency called vRP, which is purchased using your Steam Wallet.

Review: If you take the whole game into account this is a pretty extensive racing game with hundreds of cars, decals and tracks to race on making it just as deep in gameplay as some of the bigger racing games in VR. But that is not what you get here. This version is free, but only one demo track, one car. The rest all cost extra money and trust me, once you see the single car and track you won’t be inclined to buy any more of them. Even the VR mode itself isn’t great and looks a little dated compared to other games in the same genre. But hey, if you like your racing games this might be worth a go. Just be prepared to part with a LOT of cash. Because of its “free to play” promotion (which isn’t really true) I have marked it down significantly in rating.
