Review: ‘Sci-Fantasy Defence’ is a tower defence game in which you have to stop wave after wave of enemies from breaching your defences, or get down and dirty yourself and grab the guns. It’s the usual affair in which you place down guns and other defences and upgrade them when you can save enough money. It’s all far too basic and PS1 ish for its good, especially when it comes to the graphics.

Much like the developer’s other game “Brutal Wizardry“, this is a bare-bones sort of game with very little in the way of replay value and quality. Sure the thousands of enemies coming towards your defences is cool, but they are also so poorly animated that they become laughable. If this game was a fraction of its current asking price of £15.49 I might have suggested tower defence fans give it a go, but I personally can’t suggest anyone pays much more than a few quid for this at most.
