Description: Vision Therapy is a convenient VR tool to keep eyes strong and healthy. It contains simple visual guidance to sets of 5 exercises randomly put together for a single session. Each set includes classical techniques which ensure that your eye muscles work properly: tense when necessary and relaxed when it’s time. Stunning scenery helps to leave all distractions behind and stay fully immersed in training. It’s easy, fun, beautiful. VR should and can serve our well-being. Healthier eyes – a brighter life.

Review: With so many stories of people suffering from sight problems after using VR, to be honest, this app couldn’t have come at a better time. The idea of this app is to look after your eyes by going through 3 random exercises. Each test is a classic eye strengthening technique. From drawing letters with your eyes to blinking exercises. There is no controller needed here, your eyes are what controls the on-screen action.

With nice and colourful backgrounds and cute cartoon characters, they have tried to make this app as user-friendly as they can and in the most part they have succeeded. No one should have any trouble doing any of the tasks and the app always explains everything anyway before each eye exercise.

Let’s shoot down some hopes and dreams straight away. This app is not going to improve your vision, it is designed to keep your eyes healthy and active, not as some sort of virtual cure. So if your eyes are bad before using this app you shouldn’t expect to see improvement. But that doesn’t mean this app is useless! Long-term this could well keep your eyes healthy, but that might mean you have to use it at least a few times a week, if not once a day.

What I love most about this app is that it’s yet another use of VR that I never expected to see. I’m not sure of the benefits of this app at all, but what I am sure about is that innovation like this will keep VR going well into the future, even if my eyes are too worn out and tried to use it.
