VR News: If you happen to be a fan of the “Weird Al” song parodies you might be wondering what he is up to recently. It seems he is making a new VR “Multi-Sensory” short comedy film called “Shady Friend”. While there is no word yet on what it might look like or what platforms you will be able to experience it, it is apparently on its way to a VR headset near you.

My Thoughts on this Story: While back in his day “Weird Al” Yankovic was everywhere, but these days he is hardly been heard of, let alone seen. While I wouldn’t describe myself as his biggest fan I will be looking forward to seeing this as it might well be funny. There are already some great VR music videos that are full of laughs, especially things like Tyler Hurds “Old Friend” which is well worth downloading for the laughs. So while it might not be anything groundbreaking it will be fun to watch of that I am sure. Let’s just hope it doesn’t cost too much.
